Getting Help and Reporting Issues
When you contact Plotly’s support team about a new issue, we recommend including the following information if possible:
A support bundle
A complete description of the problem
Steps to reproduce the problem
Actual results of the steps
Expected results of the steps
How often does the failure occur?
Where is Dash Enterprise installed? (Cloud provider? Your own hardware? A VM? A test environment?)
What OS and version is used on Dash Enterprise's server? (e.g. Ubuntu 18.04.1 or CentOS 7.5)
