Getting Help and Reporting Issues
When you contact Plotly’s support team about a new issue, we recommend including the following information if possible:
- A support bundle
- A complete description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Actual results of the steps
- Expected results of the steps
- How often does the failure occur?
- Where is Dash Enterprise installed? (Cloud provider? Your own hardware? A VM? A test environment?)
- What OS and version is used on Dash Enterprise's server? (e.g. Ubuntu 18.04.1 or CentOS 7.5)
