Getting Help and Reporting Issues

When you contact Plotly’s support team about a new issue, we recommend including the following information if possible:

  • A support bundle

  • A complete description of the problem

  • Steps to reproduce the problem

    • Actual results of the steps

    • Expected results of the steps

    • How often does the failure occur?

  • Where is Dash Enterprise installed? (Cloud provider? Your own hardware? A VM? A test environment?)

  • What OS and version is used on Dash Enterprise's server? (e.g. Ubuntu 18.04.1 or CentOS 7.5)
